Steamboats are fantastic. You can go anywhere you like. And all it takes is coal. Lots of black, juicy coal. You can burn as much of it as you like, as your steamboat will take to international waters.

In International waters, your emissions do not count. Who's counting? Yeah, no-one is. Therefore, you can even add some cheap oil into your fuelmix to balance it out and achieve amazing fuel to milage ratios, at only a small charge to the climate.
